Senior finance partner opportunity to lead a leveraged and structured finance practice from the firm's New York office. You will advise on a full range of financing transactions, lead deal execution, and mentor junior lawyers.

The role combines high-level transaction work with client development: handling complex financings, cultivating and expanding client relationships, and collaborating across practice groups. The team supports significant cross-border and domestic financing matters.

Lateral partner with substantial experience in leveraged finance and structured finance
Proven track record leading complex financing transactions and managing deal teams
Demonstrable client development experience; a portable practice or established client relationships welcomed
Admission to the New York bar or eligible to practice in New York
