Leading US law firm seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in the Palo Alto office. The role will focus on private credit and related banking matters, advising institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders on a range of transactions.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a portable private credit practice in Silicon Valley, working with deal teams across the firm and developing client relationships in the technology and private capital sectors.

Proven partner-level experience in private credit, banking or leveraged finance transactions
Track record of business origination and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong deal execution and team leadership skills; able to lead complex financings
Bar admission in a US jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the United States
