Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its finance practice in the firm's Palo Alto office. The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance matters for sophisticated corporate and sponsor clients across technology and growth sectors.

The partner will handle high-value financings, lead deal teams, and work closely with cross‑practice colleagues on complex transactions. There is an opportunity to build a regional origination platform and bring a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of leading complex debt financings and managing transaction teams.
Demonstrable client origination or relationship‑building experience; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Palo Alto office.
