Leading international law firm seeking a Partner to join its Silicon Valley office to expand a busy corporate and technology practice. The role will focus on M&A (including PE-side transactions), capital markets (issuer-side work), emerging growth/startups and technology transactions, with complementary intellectual property and IP-litigation matters.

This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team experiencing growth in the region and to work on cross-practice, cross-border matters. The team values client development, collaboration with specialized litigation and IP groups, and handling complex deals for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is open to candidates with an established book of business appropriate to partner level.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A and/or capital markets) and technology-related deals
Track record of client development and managing high-value deals or issuer-side capital markets matters
Experience collaborating with IP and litigation teams on tech-focused matters is desirable
Strong leadership, business generation and team management skills; portable client relationships preferred
