Senior partner role to lead and grow a private credit-focused finance practice in the Silicon Valley / Palo Alto market. The position will combine client origination, deal structuring and hands-on execution across lending and structured credit matters.

The team advises a mix of institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders on credit, syndicated and bilateral financing, and related documentation. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice within an established finance group and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience advising on private credit and banking transactions
• Demonstrated client origination and business development skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
