Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a finance and banking practice in the Palo Alto / Silicon Valley market. The role will focus on private credit, lending and other commercial financing transactions for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders.

The team advises on sophisticated bilateral and syndicated loans, unitranche financings and credit-driven commercial matters across technology and growth-company sectors. The position offers leadership responsibility and a platform to develop business in the region.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and banking, including private credit and lending transactions.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to lead client matters at the partner level.
Proven track record advising lenders and/or borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and structured credit facilities.
Portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships encouraged.
