Senior finance partner role to lead leveraged and structured finance transactions from a Phoenix office. The hire will advise on complex debt financings, coordinate deal teams and work closely with clients and lenders on execution and risk allocation.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced originator who can grow and sustain client relationships. Responsibilities include business development, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups on cross-border or multi-product financings.

Partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions.
Proven deal leadership: negotiating, structuring and documenting complex debt financings.
Track record of client relationship management and business development; a portable practice/book of business is welcome.
Admissions and credentials appropriate for senior finance counsel; excellent drafting and team leadership skills.
