Senior finance partner role with a well-regarded national firm’s Portland office. The role focuses on lead responsibility for complex banking and finance matters, managing transactions and guiding junior team members.

The practice advises lenders and borrowers across secured and unsecured financings, syndicated facilities and related finance matters. The team works closely with other practice groups on cross-border and corporate finance issues.

Applicants with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and manage client work are encouraged to apply; the firm will consider business origination in the evaluation.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in banking and finance transactions
Proven track record advising lenders and/or borrowers on syndicated and bilateral financings
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
