Partner — Corporate, Finance & Securities (Portland)

Opportunity for a partner to lead and grow a corporate practice in the Portland office, focusing on corporate transactions, finance and banking, and securities matters. The role will work across private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions for a mix of corporate and institutional clients.

Ideal for an experienced deal lawyer with an established, portable practice who can originate and manage complex transactions and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers a platform to expand client relationships and partner with cross‑practice teams on regional and national matters.

• Partner-level experience handling corporate M&A, private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters and supervising deal teams.
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work in Portland.
