Established law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities teams with a focus on capital markets transactions. The role involves leading complex debt and equity offerings, advising on securities law matters, and collaborating across transactional teams.

The practice offers significant visibility on high‑value transactions and works with sophisticated corporate and financial institution clients. The team values attorneys who combine strong technical skills with proven client service and origination capabilities.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions.
Proven track record leading public and/or private offerings and related securities work.
Demonstrable client relationships and business development ability; portable practice desirable.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience leading deal teams.
Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
