Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities team in Chemnitz. The role focuses on capital markets and related transactional work, advising issuers and other market participants on public and private securities matters.

The position is a true partner role: you will run and grow a portable practice, take a leading role on mandates, and work closely with domestic teams across corporate finance and capital markets matters. The office offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to shape the practice locally.

Proven partner-level experience in finance/capital markets and securities transactions.
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships / a portable practice.
Strong technical knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance documentation.
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German; excellent English skills.
