Established German practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Stuttgart team focusing on finance, banking and securities work with an emphasis on capital markets. The role will lead transactions and advise corporate and financial institution clients across public and private capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the practice, mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships. The firm offers a broad platform and cross-practice support for complex, high-value mandates.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, banking and securities, with a strong capital markets track record.
Demonstrable portable client relationships and a business-development mindset.
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates; experience working with financial institution and corporate clients.
Qualified to practice in Germany (admission or equivalent); German-language proficiency.
