Senior hire for the finance, corporate and securities team in Dallas. The role will focus on transactional work across leveraged finance, private equity and capital markets, and will advise sponsor and corporate clients on complex financings and securities matters.

The team is looking for a market-facing partner to build and lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers significant responsibility for originating work and coordinating cross-practice matters with colleagues in related areas.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or established client relationships in private equity, venture capital or capital markets are strongly encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate and/or securities transactions.
Proven track record advising private equity sponsors, venture investors or corporate issuers on financings and capital markets matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate business and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to practice in the state.
