Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate or investment/asset-management matters
Proven track record leading transactions and managing deal teams
Business development ability; portable book of business welcome but not required
Strong client-facing, drafting and negotiation skills
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or equivalent credentials
