Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Research Triangle Park office to help grow an integrated Finance & Banking, Corporate and Securities practice. The role will involve leading transactions and advising on matters across private equity, venture capital and capital markets.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and expand client relationships. The position offers continuity on high-value work while contributing to a collaborative team that handles cross-practice matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in finance, corporate transactions and securities matters
Proven track record in private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets transactions
Demonstrable business development skills and a portable client base or the capacity to originate work
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; comfortable working on collaborative, cross-practice teams
Active bar admission and J.D. (or equivalent) required
