Senior partner-level opening in the firm's Chicago office for an experienced finance and corporate securities practitioner. The role will lead and grow work across private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters, working with a broad client base across deal- and finance-focused matters.

The position requires a visible market presence and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will join an established transactional team, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices to develop cross-selling opportunities.

Established partner or counsel with substantial transactional experience in finance, corporate and securities matters.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Experience advising on private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions.
Strong leadership, business development and mentoring skills; admission to the relevant state bar.
