Experienced transactional partner sought to lead and grow a finance-focused practice from the Seattle office. The role covers lender and borrower-side finance work, corporate transactional matters and securities-related capital markets matters across private equity and venture-backed clients.

This is a front-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and maintaining client relationships, supervising deal teams, and collaborating across practice groups. The team handles a broad range of commercial finance and corporate transactions for growth-stage and institutional clients.

Applicants should be able to bring or develop a portable practice; significant client development and relationship management experience is desirable.

Established partner-level background in finance, corporate and securities transactions
Proven experience with private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters
Track record of originating or materially growing client relationships
Ability to lead deal teams and work collaboratively across practices
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Washington preferred)
