Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its finance team in the San Francisco office with a focus on energy and renewables. The role centers on originating and leading project and structured finance transactions for sponsors, lenders and developers across the renewable energy sector.

The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financings, mentor more junior lawyers, and develop client relationships in the market. This is an opportunity to build or bring a portable practice focused on project finance and renewable energy transactions.

Established partner-level experience in project/structured finance, preferably with significant renewable energy work.
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing deal teams.
Strong client development skills and existing market relationships in energy finance.
Bar admission in California or ability to become admitted; excellent written and oral communication skills.
