Partner — Finance & Energy, Washington, D.C.

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance team in Washington, D.C., focused on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role will handle complex financings for energy projects, working with sponsors, lenders and developers on domestic renewable infrastructure matters.

The ideal candidate will have an active transactional practice, proven leadership on deal execution, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. This is a partner-level opening where you will help expand market presence in the renewables and project finance space while mentoring junior lawyers.

• Partner-level experience in project finance and energy transactions, including renewables
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex financings and managing deal teams
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong negotiating skills and familiarity with lender and sponsor perspectives
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
