Senior lateral partner opportunity in a major US law firm office seeking an experienced trial-focused partner to lead and grow a cross-practice team handling finance-related matters, patent litigation (with an emphasis on life sciences and technology), and antitrust disputes tied to private equity work.

The role will involve developing client relationships, supervising litigation teams, and coordinating across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions for sophisticated corporate and regulatory matters. The team has industry strength in private equity, life sciences, technology and energy.

Portable business and the ability to originate and expand client engagements are important for this role. The office operates an open compensation system and supports partners with national platform resources.

Established partner with significant litigation experience in patent and/or antitrust matters; experience on finance-related disputes advantageous
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Proven trial and case-management skills and experience leading teams
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
