Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to lead matters at the intersection of finance and intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent disputes arising from financing-related transactions.

The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution responsibilities with client-facing business development. The team handles high-value, complex matters for sophisticated corporate clients; the incoming partner will take a leading role on cases and contribute to practice growth.

Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and related commercial/finance disputes.
Demonstrable portable practice or established client relationships; ability to bring and grow business in the Dallas market.
Strong trial and motion practice skills, including managing complex discovery and expert evidence.
Excellent client management and business development capabilities; experience mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to work in Dallas.
