Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office to develop and lead a cross-practice finance and intellectual property litigation practice. The role will combine high-stakes patent litigation work with sophisticated finance matters, including leveraged and structured finance.

The successful candidate will have an established portable practice and a demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for business development, matter leadership, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes
Substantive experience in finance matters (leveraged and/or structured finance)
Proven book-of-business and demonstrated client origination
Track record of leading teams and managing complex matters
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
