Leading global law firm is looking to add a partner to its Finance & Banking and Securities practice in the Boston office. The role focuses on capital markets work, advising issuers and underwriters on public and private securities transactions and related financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex cross-border and domestic capital markets matters and will be expected to contribute both technically and commercially to the practice. There is an expectation of business development and client relationship growth, including the ability to bring or expand a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and financing transactions.
Proven track record of advising on public and private offerings and related regulatory matters.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to contribute to or build a portable practice.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials.
