Join a well-established national law firm as a partner in the Finance & Securities practice based in Boulder. The role will focus on capital markets and corporate finance matters, advising issuers, underwriters and corporate clients on a range of securities and financing transactions.

The successful candidate will lead and grow the local practice in collaboration with regional and national teams, taking a visible role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and corporate finance matters.
Proven track record of originating or managing complex securities and financing transactions.
Strong client-development skills and ability to work with cross-office teams.
Eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or willing to seek admission as required.
