Senior partner hire for a leading global firm’s financial services practice in Toronto. The role is focused on corporate, regulatory and transactional work for banks, insurers, intermediaries and fund managers.

The team seeks an established partner with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and lead client relationships. Candidates with experience or interest in fund management, fund formation or portfolio management are of particular interest.

Toronto-based appointment; candidates in Montreal with the right profile may also be considered.

Established partner with a corporate, regulatory or transactional financial‑services focus (litigation candidates not targeted)
Proven experience advising banks, insurers, intermediaries and/or fund managers
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business appropriate to a partner hire
Experience or interest in fund management, fund formation or portfolio management
Located in Toronto (or Montreal for select candidates)
