Senior insurance-coverage attorney role focused on first-party commercial property matters. You will join a national insurance coverage practice and lead complex coverage work involving large property losses, business interruption, arson/fraud investigations, and EUOs.

The role involves managing high-value matters from intake through litigation and trial in state and federal courts, collaborating with national teams and supervising investigative and trial preparation activities.

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, with significant emphasis on first-party commercial property.
• Current partner, senior counsel, or equivalent with partner-level judgment and the ability to independently manage a complex caseload.
• Proven track record in coverage litigation, conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), overseeing investigations (including arson/fraud), and trial preparation/first-chair trial experience.
• Active bar admission in Ohio; multi-state admissions are a plus.
