Leading national insurance coverage practice is seeking a partner‑level attorney to manage first‑party commercial property matters from the Wayne, PA office. The role focuses on coverage analysis, complex loss evaluation, investigations, EUOs, and coverage litigation in state and federal courts.

The position is embedded in an established, high‑volume practice representing insurers, reinsurers, TPAs and other industry stakeholders; a portable book of business is not required. The firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience with a heavy emphasis on first‑party commercial property matters
• Current partner or senior counsel with partner‑level judgment and the ability to independently run a complex caseload
• Proven experience in coverage litigation, including federal and state court work and trial preparation/first‑chair trial experience
• Regular experience conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and overseeing arson/fraud investigations
• Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing; multi‑state admissions a plus
