Leading international law firm seeks a senior lawyer to join its Healthcare practice in Boston. The role will handle regulatory, transactional and advisory matters for healthcare and life sciences clients across the U.S.

The team advises hospitals, providers, payors and life-science companies on compliance, reimbursement, regulatory strategy and commercial transactions. The practice combines regulatory know-how with transactional experience and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner with a substantive healthcare and/or life sciences practice.
Experience advising on healthcare regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships; portable business or demonstrable origination track record preferred.
Strong drafting, counseling and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the U.S.
