Established partner with demonstrable healthcare regulatory and transactional experience
Strong background in licensing, regulatory compliance, and related transactional matters
Track record of business development; portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Massachusetts
