Seeking a partner to lead and grow a healthcare-focused compliance and regulatory practice in the Long Island (Melville) office. The role will combine regulatory counseling, transactional support for health‑care and life‑sciences clients, and management of compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will have an established practice in healthcare regulatory work, experience advising on transactional and life‑sciences matters, and the ability to develop business and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with experience or client relationships involving California and Texas healthcare markets are especially welcome.

Established partner-level healthcare regulatory practice; portable client relationships preferred
Proven experience on healthcare transactions and life‑sciences regulatory matters
Strong client development and team leadership skills
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); multi‑state experience advantageous
