Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Long Island (Melville)

Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Long Island (Melville) office. The role focuses on advising corporate and institutional clients on regulatory compliance matters across federal and state regimes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage and develop a team, and work collaboratively across practices on regulatory risk, investigations, and compliance counseling. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work, ideally handling state and federal regulatory matters.
• Strong client management and business development record; ability to originate and grow a portable practice is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates and counsel.
• Active bar admission in New York or eligibility to become admitted.
