Senior hire to lead and grow a healthcare compliance and regulatory practice within a busy Los Angeles office. The role combines regulatory licensing work with transactional support and cross-practice collaborations across corporate and regulatory teams.

The successful candidate will advise health‑care clients on licensing, regulatory compliance and related transactional matters, while working closely with corporate colleagues on deals that have regulatory overlays. This is a partner-level opening with scope to build and lead a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience advising on healthcare regulatory and licensing matters.
Transactional experience supporting corporate deals with regulatory considerations.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business encouraged.
Bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy for clients and regulators.
