Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a healthcare compliance and regulatory practice in a major New York office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory risk, compliance programs, and transaction-related regulatory issues.

Ideal candidates will combine deep regulatory experience with transactional and enforcement counsel, and will help grow the practice through client development and team leadership. Lawyers with familiarity advising on matters touching California and Texas markets are particularly welcome.

The team values practitioners who can originate and expand client relationships; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business-development record will be strongly considered.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including life-sciences work
