Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Healthcare and Education practice in the Boston office. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and educational institutions on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The team handles a mix of regulatory counseling, transactional work and risk-management matters for clients across the healthcare and education sectors. The group collaborates across practice areas and offices to serve regional and national clients.

Open to candidates nationwide; the firm welcomes partners with a portable practice and demonstrable business development capabilities aligned with the healthcare, life sciences or education sectors.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or education clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Strong leadership and client-management skills, with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Juris Doctor and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
