National law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare and Education practice in Providence. The role will focus on counseling health systems, life sciences clients and education-sector organizations on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team handles a mix of regulatory counseling, transactional work and risk management matters for institutional clients. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary group and collaborate with colleagues across industry-focused teams.

Established partner with a demonstrable healthcare and/or education practice.
Experience advising on healthcare regulatory, compliance and transactional matters; life sciences experience a plus.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow revenue; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across industry-focused, multidisciplinary teams.
