Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Healthcare Compliance & Regulatory practice in Providence. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory risk, transactional matters, and compliance programs.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced regulatory lawyer who can both advise on complex federal and state healthcare rules and grow a market-facing practice. The team advises a range of providers, payors and life-sciences companies on regulatory compliance, licensing, and transactional issues.

Experienced partner with a strong healthcare/regulatory background, including work with life sciences clients
Proven track record advising on healthcare regulatory, compliance and transactional matters
Portable client relationships / ability to develop business; a book of business will be considered
Active bar admission(s); multi‑state admissions (e.g., coastal jurisdictions) a plus
