Senior lawyer hire to lead and grow a Healthcare practice in the Houston market, with a strong emphasis on life‑sciences, healthcare transactions and regulatory counseling. The role combines client development, matter leadership and hands‑on legal work across commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

The team advises hospitals, provider groups, life‑sciences companies and related health‑care businesses on complex commercial deals, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. This is a leadership role with expectations for developing client relationships and mentoring more junior lawyers.

Portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be considered in the evaluation.

Established partner with a track record in healthcare and life‑sciences matters (transactions and regulatory work).
Proven client development skills; portable practice preferred.
Experience managing teams and leading matters from pitch through execution.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the Houston jurisdiction.
