Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its healthcare and life sciences practice in the Miami office. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, health systems, and life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join an integrated team of healthcare lawyers across the firm and will be expected to develop and deepen client relationships in South Florida and nationally. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare law, including life sciences matters.
Track record of business development and cultivating client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or ability to qualify shortly.
