Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Healthcare and Life Sciences practice from the Sacramento office. The role is client-facing and involves advising healthcare system, provider and life‑science clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team works across counseling, deal work and regulatory matters for a mix of institutional and commercial clients. The firm is evaluating candidates on a flexible basis and will consider portable practices.

Established partner or senior counsel with a Healthcare and/or Life Sciences practice
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable client base considered
Substantive experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise teams and cross‑practice work
