Opportunity for a lateral partner to join the healthcare and life sciences practice of a major international firm’s San Diego office. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, payors, and life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The incoming partner will handle a mix of counseling and deal work, working with a cross-disciplinary team on complex regulatory, commercial and transactional matters. The position offers opportunity to develop client relationships and grow a regional practice while collaborating with national and international colleagues.

Established partner with proven healthcare and life sciences experience (regulatory, transactional, compliance)
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Strong written and oral advocacy; ability to work collaboratively across practices and offices
Admission to practice in relevant US jurisdiction and good standing
