Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its healthcare litigation practice in Denver. The role focuses on handling complex regulatory and civil litigation matters for healthcare and life sciences clients, leading trial work and high-stakes dispute resolution.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of litigators, oversee case strategy from intake through trial, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on regulatory and transactional touchpoints. There is an expectation of contributing to business development; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences litigation, including trial and motion practice
Track record of managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters
Strong business development skills and comfort growing a practice in a competitive market
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer
Excellent client-facing, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills
