The position offers leadership of client engagements and case teams, courtroom and appellate work, and collaboration with national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters. The team handles a mix of bet-the-company matters and high-volume healthcare disputes.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or meaningful client relationships in the healthcare or life-sciences sector are encouraged to apply; business development capability will be valued.

Proven partner-level experience handling healthcare and life-sciences litigation
Significant trial and appellate experience preferred; strong courtroom presence
Track record of leading teams and managing complex, multi-party cases
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice in the healthcare sector
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility to transfer/admit)
