Seeking a partner to join a highly regarded law firm’s Las Vegas office to lead litigation work at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and digital health/technology. The role will handle complex contested matters involving regulated healthcare entities, medical-device and digital-health products, and related technology issues.

The successful candidate will manage case strategy and court proceedings, supervise and develop associate teams, and work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across regulatory and transactional practices. The role offers exposure to high-stakes disputes, appellate work and cross-border coordination as needed.

This is a partner-level seat; candidates should demonstrate an established litigation practice in healthcare or life sciences and the ability to originate and grow business. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is desirable.

Partner-level litigation experience focused on healthcare, life sciences or digital health matters
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and courtroom presence
Experience advising on technology-related regulatory or product-liability issues is a strong plus
Track record of leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers and managing client relationships
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice
Active bar admission in the U.S.; licensure in Nevada preferred or willingness to seek admission
