An established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Phoenix office to lead healthcare and life‑sciences litigation matters that intersect with digital health and technology issues. The role will handle high‑stakes disputes and regulatory risk matters for clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The partner will build and manage matter teams, collaborate with national practice colleagues, and help grow a regional client base. This is a partner role where an existing portable practice or proven client origination record will be valued.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences litigation, including digital health/technology disputes.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships (portable book of business or demonstrable origination experience preferred).
Experience leading litigation teams and working with cross‑practice groups.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
