Senior litigation partner opportunity in the healthcare sector, based in the Williamsburg office of a national firm. The role will focus on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes.

This is a leadership-facing role: you will handle high-stakes litigation, supervise associate teams, and work collaboratively with cross-practice groups. The hiring firm is seeking a partner who can both manage major matters and contribute to practice development locally and regionally.

Established partner with substantial healthcare and life sciences litigation experience
Proven trial and/or alternative dispute resolution record and ability to lead litigation teams
Business development skills; portable client relationships encouraged
Strong mentoring and managerial abilities; comfortable coordinating with multi-office teams
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it
