Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Williamsburg litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white‑collar investigations component.

The partner will handle jury and bench trials, manage complex discovery, and advise clients on securities‑related disputes and regulatory exposures. This is an opportunity to build and lead a regional litigation practice while working alongside a cross‑office team.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation practice
Proven experience in commercial litigation and securities/white‑collar matters
Track record of trial and motion practice; strong oral advocacy skills
Business development capabilities; a portable practice or client relationships is a plus
Ability to supervise associates and contribute to practice leadership
