Partner — Litigation, Employment & Healthcare (Williamsburg)

Senior partner opportunity with an established national law firm seeking a trial-focused litigator to lead and grow practice work in commercial litigation, employment and professional liability matters, with significant healthcare and construction-related work. The role is based in the Williamsburg office and will combine client representation, courtroom advocacy and business development.

Ideal candidates will take responsibility for originating and supervising complex disputes, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with cross-practice teams on high-stakes matters. The firm offers a full-service platform and national support while preserving substantial autonomy for practice development locally.
