Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Williamsburg office to lead and grow litigation and labor & employment matters. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, and healthcare- and construction-related matters.

The position offers significant client-facing work, opportunities to develop or expand a regional practice, and responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development ability is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
Track record in professional liability, healthcare or construction litigation preferred
Strong client-development and business-building skills; portable book of business welcomed
Leadership experience supervising associates and managing matters from intake through trial
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
