Senior healthcare partner opportunity in San Diego for an attorney with an established transactional and regulatory healthcare or life sciences practice. The role offers a chance to advise hospitals, health systems, payors, and life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters.

This position will focus on building and leading client relationships, originating new work, and collaborating with national teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. The team works across regulatory counseling, commercial contracting, and transaction support for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, including regulatory and commercial matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or advisory teams.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent written and oral advocacy, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary national teams.
Portable practice or demonstrated business development capability preferred.
