Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles healthcare transactions team. The role focuses on advising healthcare clients on transactional work, including corporate mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and related commercial matters.

The role requires someone able to lead deal teams, develop and manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts in the Southern California market. This is a front‑facing role with significant client interaction and responsibility for originating and growing work.

Established partner with a proven track record in healthcare transactions (M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings and related corporate matters)
Portable practice and demonstrable business development/ origination capability
Experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in California; ability to work from the Los Angeles office
