Senior partner-level opening for a corporate practice with a strong IP and antitrust litigation component based in the firm's San Diego office. The role sits at the intersection of patent litigation, antitrust matters related to private equity transactions, and corporate work for technology, life sciences and energy clients.

The team handles high-stakes, industry-focused disputes and transactional matters. The role is suited to a rainmaker partner or established practice leader who can expand client relationships and collaborate across practice groups.

Established partner with demonstrable litigation and corporate experience in patent and antitrust matters.
Proven portable practice or book of business and a track record of originating or expanding client accounts.
Industry focus on life sciences, technology, private equity and/or energy; experience with patent litigation in tech or life sciences preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across IP, antitrust and corporate teams and to contribute to business development and client management.
